2. Allowances paid to operational Area Managers (Commanders) per annum
3. Rota pattern for operation duty for operational Area Managers (Commanders) ie 4 days on 3 days off. Does this consist of primary and secondary on call arrangements?
4. The value of any vehicle contribution paid per annum
5. Number of annual leave days for operational Area Managers (Commanders) per annum
