Dear Department for Transport,

The response to my request has been delayed ,without a justification. Note that by law, the response to my request should normally have responded promptly and by 30 October 2020
According to section 10(1) the time limit for compliance is the twentieth working day following the date of receipt.

The Act makes this clear that “a public authority must comply with section 1(1) promptly and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following the date of receipt.”
