Archiving solution
Dear Essex County Council,
This query relates to the council's social care IT system. Prior to implementing this system, data would have been held in a legacy system.
1. Do you have any software systems/databases that are running solely for the purpose of retaining legacy data? i.e. they are not operational systems any longer but are just data stores retained for the purposes of data retention.
2. Where the answer is yes, what is this system called and what are the licence and support costs from the vendor.
