Dear Mr Jackson,

Thank you for your request for copies of the Commission's Regulatory Case
Reports published during 2010.  I can confirm that the Commission holds
archived copies of these reports, which I attach for your attention.

Please note that it has been necessary to redact information from one of
the reports as, under section 40(2) the Freedom of Information Act, third
party personal data is exempt form disclosure where its release would
breach the Data Protection Principles in the Data Protection Act 1998 and,
in this case, to release this information would breach the first principle
as it would not be fair and lawful to disclose the individual's name.
