Approved list of Traffic Enforcement Cameras
Dear Greenwich Borough Council,
Please can you provide evidence that the cameras used by the council to Enforce Traffic violations and bus lane violations are approved devices and certified under the London Local Authorities Act 1996 (LLAA 96)
Under Schedule 1 of the LLAA 96, the council can enforce bus lane fines with an “approved device”, which is specified in an order made by the Home Secretary.

Our response is as follows:
Please can you provide evidence that the cameras used by the council to
Enforce Traffic violations and bus lane violations are approved devices

I have noticed on the Borough of Greenwich website the list of the location of cameras where bus lane, moving traffic and parking contraventions are enforced by CCTV

Is the list accurate? If not, can you update it?
Also, can you confirm the type of camera used in all locations and that it is of the approved device as per my original request
