Thank you for your request for information relating to Appraisal Summary
Tables dated 26 February 2020.

 

The due date of the request should have been 26 March 2020 and the team
have been working hard to gather the information needed for the response.
Unfortunately due to the current working situation, brought on by
Covid-19, where offices have closed and Highways England staff are working
remotely it has not been possible to gather all the information to respond
to your request within the statutory 20 working day timeframe on this
occasion. We are hopeful that the final response can be with you by Monday
30 March 2020 but if not, by close of play next week (3 April 2020) at the
latest.

 

I’m sorry that we are unable to provide our response to your request
within our expected timeframe, but would like to thank you for your
patience regarding this in light of the current situation we all find
ourselves in.

I am writing to confirm that we have now completed our search for the
information you requested on 26 February 2020.

 

The Appraisal Summary Tables (AST) for the following road schemes are
provided as attachments and also as links when publicly available:

 

 1. A5036 Port of Liverpool access - An updated Appraisal Summary Table
will be produced before we proceed to public consultation, currently
scheduled for later this year.

 

 1. A27 Arundel – Please refer to [1]Appendix F of the Interim Scheme
Assessment Report for the Appraisal Summary Table. Please also refer
to [2]Sections 2.6-2.8 of the Interim Scheme Assessment Report
Errata, February 2020.

 

 2. A303 Amesbury to Berwick Down (Stonehenge) - More recent information
can be found in Chapters 5 & 6, starting on page 78 of [3]Combined
Modelling and Appraisal Report.

 

 3. A417 Missing Link - An updated Appraisal Summary Table will be
produced over the coming months

 

 4. Lower Thames Crossing -  Please refer to [4]Page 28 of Scheme
Assessment Report for the Appraisal Summary Table. An updated
Appraisal Summary Table will be made publicly available as part of the
Development Consent Order submission which is planned for the Summer
of 2020.
