Dear Cabinet Office,

[Exteranous and potentially defamatory material removed]

please could you disclose to me;

1) Has Mr Livingston been subject to security clearance? If so, at what level? (I understand Andy Coulson was not)
2) Will Mr Livingston attend Cabinet meetings as part of his Ministerial role?
3) Any briefing note or similar advice given to the Prime Minister concerning the Phorm affair, and/or Ian Livingston's role in that egregious industrial espionage scam
4) Any measures that exist to prevent Mr Livingston gathering commercially valuable economic or political intelligence in his new role, and restrict his attempts to sell that information to foreign agents
