Applied Behavioural Analysis

Dear Telford and Wrekin Council,

Please can you tell me how many children are receiving any Applied
Behavioural Analysis provision.

Please can you then tell me how many of them had Applied
Behavioural Analysis due to a tribunal order and how many receive
this without a tribunal.

Please can you forward me any policy documents that are associated
with the awarding of any Applied Behavioural Analysis provision and
demonstrate how the decision is made.

Finally, please can you explain your rationale for awarding Applied
Behavioural Analysis without tribunal orders.

some clarification in relation to the information you have requested.

With regards to applied behavioural analysis provision or tribunal orders;
are you referring to children who are the responsibility of the local
authority and have had involvement with therapeutic intervention other
than a behavioural model because of emotional difficulty?

The request will be put on hold until we receive clarification from you.
If we do not receive this within 3 months, by 27/10/2011, we will assume
you no longer require the information and will close your request with no
further action. If after this time you wish to request the information
again you will be required to submit a new request.

This request is well over due.

The requester has sent clarification messages several times.

I would recommend one more message to TWC clarifying request, and reminding them that they have far exceeded their deadline for reply - and telling them that unless a reply is received within 5 days the request will be forwarded to information commissioner.
