Please could you provide the following information regarding your current Software System:

1. What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for Planning – Civica APP, Building control - Uniform and Civica APP and Public Protection/Licensing/Environmental Health - Uniform and Civica APP and Local Land Charges? - Uniform

2. When does each contract expire? – Civica App 31/03/2020 and Uniform 31/03/2021

3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when? - No

4. How much does each system cost annually? – Civica App £43,951 and Uniform £93,440

5. Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If so, when?  No

6. How many users / licenses for each system do you have? - Civica APP, 80 concurrent user licences, and Uniform, 121 concurrent licences

7. Who is the person responsible for your Software System? Please provide full name, title and contact information if possible.  Ian Gale, Service Manager: Service Delivery and Integration.  However, contact details have been withheld on the basis that s.40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) is engaged.  The names of officers in the top three tiers are routinely disclosed in response to requests for information in the interests of transparency.  However the Council is of the view that officer expectation is that contact details will not be disclosed to the world at large, nor is there a public interest argument in favour of waiving the exemption and disclosing.
