On page 10 the following concerns were raised by the council members about the pressure on PSH:

5.7 A number of points were raised by Members. These included concerns over pressures being placed on the city’s private rental housing sector given the increase in the number of students. The University has provided details of how the increased numbers of students will be accommodated within the planning application submission in a letter from its Director of Residential Sport and Trading Services dated 12th December 2013.

I cannot find the letter referred to in the statement within the planning application submission, please can you forward this letter for us to review, as part of our ongoing objection to the expansion of Sussex University and the lack of planning around the impact of year 2 and 3 students will be housed and what effect this will have on communities already saturated with students.
