Thankyou for your response. Whilst I understand that a loan request of £26m to buy church square shopping centre does nt require an elaborate application process (as it would do for an individual requiring a mortage to buy a house) there must still have been a request made to your organisation from St Helens council for the funds. Please supply me with a copy of the request for funds paperwork / email.
