Thank you for your request for information received on 27 October 2017, in
which you asked for the following information:

1)Please supply a copy of the application made by the London borough of
Haringey to the Secretary of State to undertake Civil Parking Enforcement.

2)Please supply a copy of the response made by the Secretary of State to
the London borough of Haringey to undertake Civil Parking Enforcement.

My response is as follows:

With regard to your request for a copy of the Borough’s SPA application,
we no longer have records of documents relating to that period. We have
asked the Department for Transport for a copy but their records do not go
back that far either. However, here are links to the original Order which
designates the Borough’s Special Parking Area, together with an amendment
