Application 22/505433/OUT

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Maidstone Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Maidstone Borough Council,

Can I ask MBC to produce the Original Planning Application for this Application dated 11th November, 2022 submitted by MM Planning?

It would appear that this has been "converted" to an application for four agricultural barns whereas certain of the neighbour comments correctly refer to an application for seven residential units.

It would appear the original drawings have been removed from the formal record and that should not have happened.

Yours faithfully,
Fergus Wilson
