Dear Mr Collis,

 

I refer to your request dated 19th September 2023 under the Freedom Of
Information Act asking to supply the following information:

 

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Contract for the Provision of a Recruitment Platform/ Applicant Tracking
System, which we understand the supplier being Havas People and their
Engage ATS Product.
 

The details we require are:
 

Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start
of the contract to the current date, broken down annually;
 

Response:  Total Contract Value: £264,650

Annual Value: £22,500

Start date & duration of framework/contract?
 

Response: Start Date: 18.07.2014

Duration: 9 years 2 months

How long the contract has been in place;
 

Response: A contract has been in place for 9 years 2 months.  The contract
was extended by two years on 17.07.2022.

Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?
 

Response: No

 

 

Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?
 

Response: The current contract is under review and Bradford Council will
shortly be embarking upon a procurement process for a new recruitment ATS
system

 

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?
