Apex House Redevelopment s106 Agreement
Dear Haringey Borough Council,
This request relates to the s106 planning agreement between Haringey and Grainger Plc for the site previously occupied by Apex House on Seven Sisters Road.
The s106 agreement at clause 4 refers to an employment and skills plan - please provide a copy.
Could you also provide a copy of the 'nominating agreement' determining who will be eligible for 'affordable housing' built by Grainger Plc.

Thank you for your request for information received on 12 March 2018, in

· Copy of employment and skills plan
· Copy of the Nominating Agreement
My response is as follows:
The Employment and Skills Plan has not yet been submitted to the Council.
The Council’s employment team have been liaising with the Developer
however the plan has yet to be finalised.
Appendix 2 of the Nominations Agreement located at the fourth schedule of
the Section 106 Agreement shows the eligibility criteria for the
affordable housing.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
