Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,
I am following up on FOIR3394 from earlier this year where you provided the notes to that meeting. Could you provide copies of the minutes of the May 2013 AOS Board meeting and any additional information/ presentations of data that were circulated before or since - relating to this meeting.
Please redact any commercially sensitive information as you see fit so that the other information is available.
Yours faithfully,

..Or you could ask them to add me to the circulation list ;)

This thread was temporarily hidden after the DVLA contacted us concerned about a potential accidental release of personal information.
The DVLA had highlighted individuals' names in one of the documents in black rather than removing them as they had intended.
While corresponding about the provision of a replacement response we at WhatDoTheyKnow questioned the DVLA on the extent of their intended redaction.
They have today sent the above replacement response, and wrote to us to say:
"Having reconsidered the response in light of what has happened, it has been decided to unredact the names and publish the meeting minutes in their entirety.
I have this afternoon responded to the original request address with amended documentation and I take it that you will now delete the original response that was removed from the site.
In line with Department for Transport and Cabinet Office guidance, DVLA does not consider the matter one that needs to be reported to the ICO as a data breach. Now that the names are being published, DVLA does not consider that a personal data breach has occurred."
