Anyone in he BBC (Staff and Artists) who are paid more than a basic MP salary

I have noted that you are expecting all pensioners over the age of 75 to pay for a TV licence from next year. If you stop paying outrageous sums to staff and artists you would not need to ask the pensioners to pay for a licence. Please forward information requested in headline.
