Wright, Andrew, Bromley Borough Council

Mrs Phillips,

Are you interested in Covet Wood itself or the conservation area. Can I
ask the nature of your enquiry so that I can get a better idea of what
information would be useful for you.

Kind Regards,

Andrew Wright

Dear Wright, Andrew,

Thank you for your prompt response, I apologise if my request was somewhat vague.

The nature of my request, is to allow me to access any information held on record, regarding the 'trees' which grow in abundance within the grounds of 'Covet Woods'- which I assume to be a Conservation Area with that name?

The area referred to, is adjacent to my property and the many trees which overhang my property, vast in height and span are quite probelmatic and I wish to ascertain, any control orders or regulations currently in force.

I do hope this will assist you in your search, for relevant data.

Yours sincerely,

nadia phillips

Wright, Andrew, Bromley Borough Council

Mrs Phillips,

Is the nature of your F.O.I. a request for the trees to be pruned. As if so please send me your address and contact telephone number and I will raise a customer enquiry for you. An officer will then be in contact within 10 days to meet with you and look at the trees. This does not mean to say that we will prune them but you will be able to meet with an officer to discuss your concerns.

Is this an acceptable course of action?

Kind Regards

Andrew
