Any current/planned investigation into breach of Ministerial Code

We're waiting for Paul Hanaphy to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Is there currently any live or planned investigation into the potential breaches of the Ministerial Code made by Rishi Sunak or Matt Hancock regarding their roles in the Greensill scandal?

Anneliese Dodds recently alleged that Sunak gave the firm accelerated treatment and access to officials, constituting a potential breach of the Ministerial Code, while Hancock admitted to having dinner with Greensill and David Cameron in 2019.

Also, has there been any official correspondence between the Prime Minister and Matt Hancock or Rishi Sunak on the issue? If so, can this be published?

Yours faithfully,

Paul Hanaphy
