Dear Freedom of Information,

Please proceed in anyway the commission deems would best serve the intrests of the Jewish community in Britain who are currently evacuating this Island. I have personal legal matters of why I must limit my communication, I myself have been found to be victim of a defamation of charicter by Police Scotland and targeting. The issues will be heard by a sherrif in due course and possibly a law lord if the sherrif deems the matter which is now very serious outwith his competancy.

Dear Oysterman

Subject: Freedom of Information Request

Thank you for your email dated 26 February 2015, in which you raised the
following question.

Question

“Why am I not allowed to use the EASS anymore?”

[Ends]

Our response is as follows:

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is unaware of any reasons
why you should not be able to use the services of the Equality Advisory
Support Service (EASS). The EASS is a separate organisation to the EHRC,
it was commissioned by the Government in October 2012 to provide advice
and guidance concerning issues of equality and human rights across
England, Scotland and Wales, replacing the Commission’s Helpline.

If you have any concerns about the services EASS provides, or access to
them, and wish to raise a complaint, you should contact them directly. I
attach a copy of the EASS complaint procedure for your information, which
can also be viewed via the following web-link: [3]EASS Complaints
Procedure.

As the response to your original FOI request is not due until 23 March
2015, we are unable to conduct a review of your request at this stage of
the proceeding.

Dear Freedom of Information,

Please read.

The Jewish population of Scotland has now officially decreased.
The Jewish population of the EU has now officially been marked as at high risk of cultural cleansing and racial murder, which are crimes against humanity.
This contient is now under UN resolution that includes Scotland.

Task forces are being set up. I am a full blooded Jew and I will not tolerate racism state sponsored or otherwise please make sure the head of the establishment is aware of that fact.

Thank you for your email dated 26 April 2015, in which you asked a further
question. Please accept our apology for the delay in responding to your

In your email you asked the following question:
