Rebecca Whiteing

Dear House of Lords,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

From the period 2019 to date:

1. Statistics/figures/documents showing fines and orders issued in relation to sex workers under the Anti-Social-Behavioural-Order made in great Britain

2. Geographical location of where these fines and orders were issued

In particular, I am looking for:
- Police reports, fines, documents

3. A list of fines and orders under ASBO in relation to non-UK national sex workers

I would like to ask you to inform me in advance whether there will be an administrative cost and if so, how high the fee will be. In my opinion, no costs should be incurred, as I am currently studying at Weißensee kunsthochschule and intend to explore the ASBO order in relation to sex workers in the UK and will be using my findings for my own research. I would like to gently ask you to assess the possibility of providing me with the requested information in electronic form and free of charge. Depending on the possibility, I would accordingly also ask you to send me the information in a file format that is commonly readable digitally (as .doc, as .docx, as .rtf, as .xls or as .xlsx).

Please confirm a receipt of this information, I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Rebecca Whiteing
