Dear First Choice Homes Oldham,

I would like to make you aware of Anti Social Behaviour at Flat 20 Florian House Henshaw St Oldham OL1 3DB.

The people living there are always drunk and most likely using drugs, on Saturday 25th July a lady was outside the flat, she had bruised face, swelling to the left eye and unable to walk properly.

The smell of Alcohol is so strong it is going in other flats.

Please can someone visit the flat with the police.

Social Behaviour & Drug Use Complaints

I acknowledge receipt of your report for information regarding anti-social
behaviour. 

FCHO transferred from the ownership of Oldham Council in February 2011.
FCHO is a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society and is registered
with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Mutual Society. FCHO is a ‘not
for profit’ housing association and is an exempt Charity regulated and
accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing.

You seek to inform FCHO about anti-social behaviour under the
Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Please note that the said
Regulations relate to
environmental information as defined and set out at regulation 2 (1). Your
information relating to anti-social behaviour does not fall within the
definition of environmental information.

Full details of the information relating to the report of antisocial
behaviour should in fact be made using FCHOs website using the “Reporting
anti-social behaviour” section.
