Our reply to your request is:
Thanks for contacting Parking Services and submitting your Freedom of
Information request. Please accept my apology for the delay in
responding to you.
Parking Services works in conjunction with several teams across the
Council to assist a variety of projects; however we do not consider
the bollards referred to in the web-link supplied to be
‘anti-homeless’ and we have never spent any money on ‘anti homeless
built environment’.
This response should answer your request in full.
If you’re not satisfied with our response, or if you want to appeal
against any exemptions:
Email: [1][Bristol City Council request email]
