Thank you for your request for information received on 20 June 2024. This request
has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Your request
Besides the exempt list which includes emergency service vehicles, taxis and private
hire vehicles, and public waste vehicles, have residents of any street been provided
exemptions for the usage of ANPR-operated LTNs in Oxford? IF so, please specify
which residents of a street exempt from ANPR cameras.
Our response
I can confirm that no resident has been given an exemption for any of the ANPR sites
within the Low Traffic Neighbourhoods.
Internal Review
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response to your request, you may request

out the reasons why you are dissatisfied. Your request must be submitted within 40
days from the date we issued our initial response. We are not obliged to accept
