Dear Mr Hinks,

Thank you for your email of 26 July requesting internal review of our handling of your FOI request 'Annual Vaccine Adverse Reaction Report for JCVI 2014.

You have not specified the reference number of the FOI request you wish us to review, the closest match to the title you have given to your own request would appear to be FOI 15/087. You admitted it was made "many months ago" and the Agency answered it on 19 March (see attached), in which we clearly stated that you should request an internal review within 2 months of the receipt of the Agency's response (and to quote the reference when doing so).

Please note that the time limit passed over a month ago on 19 June, therefore if you are not satisfied with the answer, you need to re-submit your original request and ask for a review if you are still not satisfied.
