• All our post is scanned, assessed and eligible complaints are sent to investigators. Therefore, we are unable to return original documents. People in prison can request to have their complaint forms photocopied and sent to us free of charge.
• Where appropriate, we continue to use email a prisoner to respond to complaints from people in prison.
