To clarify, I'd like an annual breakdown of HM Prison & Probation Services and/or the Ministry of Justice's annual expenditure on education provision in prisons between 2000 and 2023/24. If responsibility for education provision in prisons has changed departments during this period, can you please notify me which department(s) were previously responsible for it, and in which year responsibility was transferred.
