Annual pensionable pay rates for Principal management, between 2012 - 2017

Dear Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service,
Can you please provide the annual pay rates of the Principal management team (all officers above GM) for the years 2012 - 2017, please quote the figures from the date that new pay rates were implemented (e.g. from 1st July 2012, if that was the date on which the relevant pay was increased). I would like the figures to be broken down into all relevant constituents e.g. base pay, flexi allowance (20%?), CPD, and any other payments, like ARAs or any other payments not listed by me. This list of payments is not meant to be exhaustive, please include any and all payments made to these employees. Please state if the relevant payments are pensionable pay under the FPS 1992, either as final salary, as an APB (additional pension benefit) or strictly non-pensionable pay.

been handled as a request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.

On this occasion we decline your request under Section 21 - accessible by
other means.

As per our publication scheme, we publish the salaries of the Principal
management team in our annual statement of accounts. Please note the
salaries are all base pay and do not include additional payments. Please
also note that all pay is pensionable.

I am writing to request an internal review of Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service's handling of my FOI request 'Annual pensionable pay rates for Principal management, between 2012 - 2017'. I am unsatisfied that my request was rejected under Section 21, due to the information being accessible through other means. My very specific request cannot be resolved by the information I was directed towards. I would like a detailed answer to my very specific request and I wish to inform you that if this is not provided then I will exercise my right to refer the matter to the ICO.
