Dear South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

I am requesting details of the annual leave restrictions that apply in your Trust for the months of November, December and January for all staff groups.

Can you please express this as a percentage cap on the volume of leave requests that will be allowed in each of those 3 months, according to your annual leave policy or winter plan

Can you please confirm if NHS Improvement or NHS England have requested any assurance as part of your winter planning that your Trust applies such a cap to maximize the availability of staff over the busy winter period.

Yours faithfully,

fra stevenson
