This request is concerning the calculation and allocation of annual leave and bank holiday leave for employees. I am specifically interested in the different calculation methods and how employees receive their allowances.

8. Is annual/bank holiday leave calculated electronically? If so, which system do you use?

10. If an employee changes their contract hours, do you recalculate their annual leave/bank holiday entitlement? If, so, please forward your method.

The Sage Payroll & HR system shall automatically calculate holiday based
on service, hours worked and employment dates, pro-rating as necessary.
Responsibility of Sage system admin for holidays is with OD Systems
Management Information Partner & Payroll Manager.
