Dear NHS Blood and Transplant,
Can you please provide NHS Blood and Transplants Annual Diversity and Inclusion Report for the past 5 years which details all workforce data by protected characteristics as required by the Public Sector Equality Duty and details of your ethnicity pay gap reporting for the same period?
In addition, can you please also provide your key priorities and actions taken (across the organization)to improve race equality at NHS Blood and Transplant following the Colindale Diagnostic report published in the Guardian in 2020.
