I refer to your request for information made under the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to Glow Enquiries dated 14 December 2010.

You requested the following information:

How much does the Glow service cost each year for every year since 2005
and how long a contract is in place for the service to continue?

The attached table sets out the payments that have been paid by the
Scottish Government to agencies, including Learning and Teaching Scotland,
and contractors and to local authorities to support their adoption of Glow
since June 2005. The existing contract with RM will conclude in September
2012.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have dealt with your
request for information made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland)
Act 2002, you have the right to request a review of our actions and
decisions in relation to that request. A request for a review must be made
within 40 working days of the original decision, should include the name
and address of the applicant for correspondence, the request for
information to which the review refers and the matter giving rise to the
