The request was successful.

Dear East London NHS Foundation Trust,

I was looking at the Trust's Annual Accounts for 2015/16 under note 35 Related Party Transactions. The NHS Foundation Trust Annual Reporting Manual (ARM) states (2015/16):
"Related party transactions:
6.11 NHS foundation trusts should establish which entities and individuals
are its related parties, in accordance with IAS 24 (Revised).
6.12 The following will be related parties of an NHS foundation trust:
- key management personnel of the NHS foundation trust or the Department
of Health"

Does the Trust have information which shows why key management personnel of the NHS foundation trust were not included within the note 35?

thank you,

Yours faithfully,

wali aslam
