Dear Loughborough University,

Please could you provide the followong information as per the Freedom of information act:

Does your university conduct experiments upon living animals? If yes, how many animals are held on university-owned premise for research or teaching purposes?

How many live animals have been used in experimentation in the last 5 years?

What was the reasoning for and the outcome of these experiments?

What species of animal were used?

Does the university have any plans to halt the use of animal testing on university premises?

Yours faithfully,

Reece Stafferton
