Animal remains
Dear Cardiff Council,
I'd like to enquire about the collection on animal remains across Cardiff, specifically in connection to deceased domestic animals like cats and dogs.
Does the council keep a record of collected animal remains with descriptions of their patterning, if they're wearing a collar, or their breed?
Are animal remains scanned for microchips?
If so, are the details on the chip contacted?
If not, why not? Has the council investigated doing so?
Yours faithfully,
MISS EVANS
