Please can you let me know the following information as a Freedom of Information request:
1. Please could you let me know if you have received any correspondence (specifically letters or documents from solicitors, barristers or QCs) received by SCC from Angus Energy PLC relating to drilling at Brockham (License no: PL235) since the 1st January 2017. This is specific (but not limited to) knowing what Angus’ formal response to being accused of breaching planning regulations during the drilling of any wells at Brockham.
2. If it is the case that anything has been received then please could you provide me with a copy of their response document and also any further correspondence (of any form – including minutes of meetings or notes from phone converations) that has been had between Surrey County Council and Angus Energy or Angus Energy and Surrey County Council?
