Angus Energy Brockham Well Planning Breach News Report

It was reported on 9 March 2017 by the BBC regional TV news programme for London that the BBC had received a statement from the Surrey County council that it was “extremely disappointed” that Angus Energy had “acted without planning permission” in regards to the latest work carried out on the Brockham Oil Well in Surrey. This request is for all communication between the BBC and Surrey County council in regards to this news report and and further communication that has occurred between the two parties since publication in respect to this report.
