Analysis of Procurement - Submissions to ministers

The request was successful.

I was excited to read of new, cutting edge analysis of council spending data by procurement experts Opera Solutions that revealed that greater transparency coupled with improved analysis is the key to unlocking massive savings by driving down costs.

I have read the report from Opera Solutions and further to that report I would like to know more about any submissions to ministers of the department that referred to the report by Opera Solutions.

Specifically I would like to know:
1) the name(s) of the minister(s) to which any submissions concerning the report of Opera Solutions were addressed:
2) the dates that submissions to ministers concerning the report by Opera Solutions were received by the office of the relevant minister(s); and,
3) the dates that submissions to ministers concerning the report by Opera Solutions were returned by the office(s) of the relevant minister(s).

I am interested in submissions made between 1 May 2011 and 30 June 2011.

Yours faithfully,

Edward Rudolf
