Thank you for your email dated 3 June to the Bank of England (the Bank) in which you
ask for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) relating to the
‘analogue camera encapsulating replacement’ contract, details of which can be found

‘What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?’
There are no contractual KPIs for this contract.
‘Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages’
This contract was a direct award; therefore, no information is held.
‘Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the
contract to the current date’
Actual spend at the time of your request is circa £80,000.
‘Start date & duration of framework/contract?’
Contract start date: 12 December 2022. Contract end date: 11 December 2024
‘Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all
bidders for when this contract was last advertised?’

‘Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration
of the extension?’
There is no extension clause in this contract.
‘Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being
either extended or renewed’
This is a works contract therefore this is not applicable.
‘Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?’
The name of the individual responsible for the contract is exempt from disclosure under
section 40(2) (personal information) of FOIA. This information constitutes personal data,
and its disclosure would contravene one or more of the principles in data protection
legislation. In particular, we have had regard to the reasonable privacy expectations of
