Thank you for the prompt reply, I'm able to submit the name of the employee and the dates I'm requesting the employee joined HSE in the late 80s I believe and is still employed with HSE as a field investigation operations officer, his name is Mr Jason Britton, working in the north west of England, could I also ask who was his line managers over the period from 01/03/2018 to 01/03/2019.

An Employee’s employment record, complaints disciplinary and reprimand
Your request was received on September 3^rd 2019 and I am dealing with it
under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act).
The Health and Safety Executive can neither confirm nor deny that it holds
the information you requested, as the duty in section 1(1) of the Act does
not apply by virtue of section 40 (5B) of that Act (Personal Data).
However, this should not be taken as conclusive evidence that the
information you requested exists or does not exist. To your further
question the employee had two line mangers during the period March 2018 to
March 2019, Mr Michael Sebastian and Mr Ian Betley.
If you have any queries about this correspondence, please contact me.

If you are unhappy with the decisions made by HSE you may ask for an

Dear Health and Safety Executive,
During the dates of 23/03/2018 & 01/02/2019 how many hse field investigation staff based in the north west of England or liverpool area were subject to any form of internal reviews regarding either the conduct and did this result in an on going investigation being reviewed by either line managers or heads of department, and was any members of hse staff moved off or taken off a case during the same period
