An accurate publication date for the report related to the inspection carried out on Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service during 2021

May I humbly request what is the most likely date of publication in July 2022, you must surely know the intended publication date. Your report is extremely important to me as I was a serving firefighter in Staffordshire, for a period in excess of 28 years. I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services's handling of my FOI request 'An accurate publication date for the report related to the inspection carried out on Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service during 2021'.
I have asked for the publication date of the HMI inspection report carried out on Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service, which was carried out in October 2021. This result was carried out early due to concerns held by Her Majesty's Inspectorate and it has been delayed due to the completion of reports into other services which are within the same tranche. I have been furnished with a date of 'late July', but I do not think it unreasonable to ask for a specific date that falls within one calendar month of today. As a resident of Staffordshire and former employee of Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, for a period in excess of 28 years, this report holds a good deal of interest for me personally. Please review why it is such a hardship to commit to a publication date for something which should occur in the next 4 weeks.
