Dear Freedom Of Info,

You are now in breach of the law regarding FOI responses. Please provide me with an answer asap or I'll have to escalate this.

Yours sincerely,

Kevin Walsh

Dear Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Amount spent on political advisors'.

This was a relatively simple request that wouldn't have required a great deal of work from the HR department to provide the details for. I believe the council have deliberately allowed the request to go unanswered within the period of time and request an internal review, and answer to my question, immediately.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Kevin Walsh
