Council in each of the last five years.

I refer to your request for information which was dealt with in terms of
the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

I have provided the following information in fulfilment of your request:

Please supply the total due but unpaid council tax figure for Argyll and
Bute council in each of the last five years, along with the unpaid amount
in each of the last five years specifically owed by second home owners.

Please find attached a document with relevant details.

Additionally, provide details on the steps taken, any associated costs,
and the success rate in recovering unpaid council tax.

In terms of the steps taken to recover Council Tax arrears these include

(Fees may vary based on the number of liable parties and geographical
