Please supply the total due but unpaid council tax figure for Argyll and Bute council in each of the last five years, along with the unpaid amount in each of the last five years specifically owed by second home owners.

Please supply the total due but unpaid council tax figure for Argyll and
Bute council in each of the last five years, along with the unpaid amount
