Thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
 
While we are happy to provide the numbers for mobilisations we are still
unclear on which station they should be counted from if an appliance is on
standby at another station. Please can you clarify?
 
If an appliance from station A goes to station B on standby this will be
counted as part of station A's. If that appliance is then deployed from
station B. Do you want it counted as a call from station A (the vehicle's
primary base) or Station B (where the appliance left to attend an
incident)?
 
Once we know whether the call should be recorded for station A or Station
B we will seek to respond to your request within 20 working days per the
legislation.
