Amey Plc KPI's

The request was successful.

Dear Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council,

Since waste management and other services were assigned to Amey Plc, my FOI relates to the number (volume) and value of charges/fines Trafford Council have imposed on Amey Plc for not achieving the agreed KPI's/service levels to date and if/when the charges/fines were paid by Amey Plc to Trafford Council.

A summary of the data by department would be preferred ie: Waste Management, Street Lighting etc..

Yours faithfully,

Dr kevin parker
