Dear Ms Darling
Please find attached the AMC meetings for May 2019 to present (as of the
date of request), and the terms of reference for the AMC.
Please be aware that the Board of Trustees (re-established in October
2019) does not have a Terms of Reference. However, our former Finance and
Resources committee and Teaching and Learning Committee, who many of our
Governors were members of, have Terms of Reference which I have taken the
liberty to attach below.
I hope this helps. We ask that you please confirm that you have
received this information. If we do not receive confirmation from you
within 14 days we will consider the request met and the matter closed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Kindest regards

Dear Data Officer,

Can you please explain why you have not provided any minutes for October and November?

Also can you please explain why you have marked some of the documents confidential? They are all available to any member of the public to access as soon as they have been published on this website so they are not confidential but open access.

Yours sincerely,

Ms Darling

Data Officer,

Dear Ms Darling
At the time of your request (18th October 2019) there were no AMC or Board
minutes for October or November.
Following the Freedom of Information Act, we are only obliged to share
information up to the date that the request was made.
In terms of why some of the documents are marked as confidential - before
these documents are publicly available, certain information needs to be
redacted as it relates to specific individuals data or information that
should not be publicly available and if released would be in breach of
GDPR.  Therefore, the unredacted versions of the minutes are confidential
and are marked as such. Usually, the confidential marking is removed once
redaction is completed (as in the case of the May and July minutes) but in
the case of the September and June minutes this did not happen. These
minutes were taken and redacted by the former clerk for the AMC who has
now left the organisation as the AMC disbanded. Therefore, I can't comment
on why the Confidential markings were not removed.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Many thanks
-
Joseph Atkinson
