I would like to know the number of ambulance calls dealt with by you over the period January 2020-present (excluding duplicates eg calls back for information/updates).
Please include how the calls were dealt with (ie hear and treat, see and treat, treat and transport etc) and their source (ie 999, 111 etc).

Please note the following:
· Data supplied relates to the date range of 01/01/2020 –
10/10/2021, inclusive.
· Figures in Table 1 are based upon calls closed by Hear & Treat
only.
· Figures in Table 2 are based upon Total Face-to-Face Incidents,
with the following breakdown:
- Total See & Convey to Hospital Sites only where the
resource arrived at hospital.
- See & Treat Incidents attended where there was no
conveyance.
- Other conveyances where the conveyance destination
was to a location excluding hospitals
· Where Source is “Other” this will include calls sent
electronically from other sources, e.g.: from Metropolitan Police Service
(MPS).
