1) How many ambulances was called to your School since the beginning of your records?

2) why was the ambulance requested?

3) what was the outcome?

4) was first aid given to the Pupil before the ambulance got to the school?

Dear Sirs

We do not keep electronic records.

1. Paper records indicate that there were 2 occasions when an ambulance was called and these are both in 2018.
2. a. Leg injury and b. Fainted after banging elbow
3. Both returned to school following treatment
4. First aid was given to both before the ambulance arrived.
