I write regarding amber ambulance response times in your area and would be grateful if you could tell me the following:

1. In the last 12 months, how many 999 calls were made and classified as amber;
2. Out of these amber calls, the diagnosis made and the time taken to respond to each diagnosis;
3. The number of deaths during amber calls.
