Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Health and Safety Executive's handling of my FOI request 'Alton Towers Crash Investigation'.

I am slightly confused, as you have not provided me with any of the information requested or refused the request (or cited any exemptions). I believe it would have been helpful for you to provide me with a link to the press release you were referring to. Furthermore, as you did not refuse my request there were certain elements that were not addressed and instead ignored - for instance the request for scene photographs that were part of the investigation - the press release does not provide all the information I have asked for.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Fidelma Byrne

Dear Ms McGlown,
